Otherwise, a full rate of the session fee will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confidential Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The law protects the relationship between a client and psychotherapist. Any information cannot be disclosed without written permission.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exceptions of the laws include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a client intends to harm him\/herself, I will make every effort to ensure their safety. If they are unable to cooperate, I will have to take further measures without their permission that are provided to my by law in order to ensure their safety.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspected child abuse, domestic violence or elder abuse.
